Ionic Detox Foot Bath

An ionic foot bath is a detoxification method that involves soaking your feet in a tub of warm saltwater while a small device generates an ionic current. This current creates positive and negative ions which are believed to draw out toxins through the feet via osmosis. You can also wear an infrared belt which sends infrared waves deep in to the tissue to help release more toxins. A compress made of muslin and flannel is soaked in Organic Castor Oil and applied to the body with a weighted moist heat pack.
